New tattoo at Fat Fugu

Hi guys, today I got two tattoos done in Northampton town at Fat Fugu. I had them done by Amy Valentine who did an amazing job and was so friendly which made the process as easy as it could be. I first had an unalome on my sternum which was fairly painless and quick. 

The second tattoo I got was a baby elephant with watercolour splashes - I purely got this design because I thought it was adorable and I also love elephants. I had this done on my left ribs and it was definitely the most painful one I've had but I'm glad I manned up and went ahead with getting it. 

They took about 2 hours all together and we're definitely worth the pain! Anyone in Northampton wanting to get a tattoo or piercing should definitely check out Fat Fugu, the artists are all very friendly and professional and the prices are very good for the quality that you receive.

1 week done, 4 years to go..

I've officially been at uni for a week now, but it feels like I've been here forever. I feel like I've settled in so quick and although we've had some issues in our flat I've had the best week. We spent the day at Swishing on Thursday which definitely gave me a taster into what job prospects are available for when I finish this course in 4 years time. 

I have my first lecture tomorrow and I have no idea what to expect, do I record the whole thing? Do I take notes? I have no clue! Just have to wait and see. 

Living in Northampton town

Yesterday/today I made my first video post trying to capture exactly what the town of Northampton is like on a daily basis. I walked around the shopping centres, market etc with Ashleigh and I filmed sections of our day. Hopefully this will be the first of many videos to come!

Zoo party

So tonight is the long awaited for Ibiza Zoo Party and all I want to do is get into bed and watch Netflix. But after all the inspiring sessions this week at uni about siezing opportunities and having new experiences, I've decided to pull myself up and make the most of the night by getting into the freshers spirit and wearing lots of glitter of course! 

First week of University

Hi guys,

So I moved in on Sunday and instantly realised I’d packed too much. My kitchen cupboards and wardrobe are over flowing and I haven’t even done a proper food shop yet! But I’ve been here for 3 days now and have managed to avoid cooking so far thanks to my lovely flat mates offering to cook for each other. Making new friends has been so much fun especially with all the Freshers events that are going on – the foam on the first night was interesting to say the least.
